Albert Road Traction Maintenance Depot (TMD) is fully scenic layout with a hidden single road fiddle yard. It is set in the final days of steam and the introduction of diesel. It therefore provides refueling and basic maintenance facilities for both. Diesel refueling is provided at the discrete fueling station at the left hand end of the layout close to the diesel storage shed. Coal refueling is situated close to the large engine shed at the right hand end. Track is Peco fine scale and Digital Command Control (DCC) controls locomotives as well as points.
